Low-Stimulation Parade
Enjoy the Flower Parade in a Low-Stimulus Environment
On Friday, April 16, 2027, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the parade floats will travel part of the route at a leisurely pace, without music or other loud noises. This allows us to create an environment with fewer stimuli and gives visitors the opportunity to enjoy the Flower Parade in a more relaxed way.
This low-stimulus period is specifically intended for visitors who are sensitive to loud noises or who need an environment with fewer stimuli. Of course, everyone is welcome to experience the Flower Parade during this time.
Where does the low-stimulation segment take place?
The low-stimulation Flower Parade runs from the assembly halls at JUB Holland (corner of Robijnslaan) to Herenweg (via Nova).
Along this section of the route, you can watch the parade floats pass by at a leisurely pace, without any music, lighting, or sound effects.
Together, we’re making the Flower Parade accessible. With this low-stimulation segment, we aim to make the Flower Parade more accessible to as many people as possible. We believe it’s important that everyone can enjoy this colorful tradition in a pleasant and appropriate way.
Do you need a low-stimulation environment? Then you’re more than welcome to experience the Flower Parade in your own way during this special time.
